Water has always been part of my explorations throughout the Pacific Northwest. From rushing mountain streams and waterfalls to quiet lakes and winding rivers, I enjoy seeing how water shapes the landscape and changes with the seasons.
Some places are filled with the sound and movement of rushing water. Others are nearly silent, with reflections stretching across a lake or morning fog settling over a river. Even familiar places can look entirely different with a change in weather, light, or water level.
This gallery brings together my black-and-white photographs of rivers, waterfalls, lakes, creeks, and estuaries throughout Washington and Oregon. I invite you to explore the collection and find a photograph that speaks to you.
I've returned to many of these rivers, lakes, and streams over the years. Some photographs came from places I know well, while others were made during my first visit. Each reflects something I wanted to preserve from that experience.
Every fine art print is made to order and professionally produced in the USA. If you're considering a photograph for your home or office, you can use the augmented reality (AR) preview tool to see how it might look on your wall before ordering.
